The MAMA Awards (Mnet Asian Music Awards) are one of the biggest and most influential music award ceremonies in the K-pop industry. Every year, artists, performers, creators, and fans across the world come together to celebrate music, artistry, and cultural impact. The 2025 ceremony, held in Hong Kong on November 28 and 29, was not just a showcase of talent—it was a celebration of the journeys, hardships, and dreams behind every artist who walked that stage.
The Heart of It All — A Fan’s Reflection

Watching the 2025 MAMA Awards reminded me why K-pop is more than music.
It is connection.
It is healing.
It is the courage artists show and the love fans give.
Even though BTS is my home, I genuinely felt proud seeing Stray Kids, ENHYPEN, SEVENTEEN, Aespa, G-Dragon, Rosé, Jennie, and so many others take the stage. Their victories didn’t just feel like achievements; they felt like shared moments of joy across fandoms.
What touched me most was the reminder that winning hearts is greater than winning trophies. Awards fade, but the impact of music—on our souls, feelings, and lives—remains forever.
For me, loving BTS and being an ARMY changed the way I see idols and the industry. It taught me to value the struggles artists face—the endless training, emotional pressure, uncertainty, and the courage it takes to keep going. BTS’s journey inspired me deeply, but it also opened my heart to other groups and soloists.

I realised something important:
Every artist carries passion, hope, fear, strength, and a desire to be loved. Every fandom carries its own beautiful story.
Just as BTS touched my life, I know ENGENEs feel the same warmth from ENHYPEN, STAYs from Stray Kids, CARATs from SEVENTEEN, MYs from Aespa, MONBEBEs from MONSTA X, and V.I.Ps from G-Dragon. Every fandom understands the quiet battles their idols fought—moments when many performers may have wanted to quit, but one miracle, one award, one chance kept them going.
That’s why the 2025 MAMA Awards felt so special. Even though I am an ARMY, every win—whether for BTS members or for other groups—felt meaningful. Seeing different artists shine made the event warm, emotional, and unforgettable.
